  • Working with the child, family and key individuals to develop and achieve your child’s goals 

  • Regularly reviewing Therapeutic Support Plans to ensure continue improvement 

  • Provides tailored supports implemented within the family routine, home, school and community. 

  • Empowers and build parent/caregiver confidence 

  • Engage in early years childcare, kinder and school programs to ensure continuity of care 

  • Engage with care team professionals to ensure collaboration
