Ashleigh is a neurodivergent affirming dietitian with many years of experience successfully helping NDIS participants to achieve their nutrition and health goals through tailored and individualised support. Ashleigh’s ethos is respecting each individual and their own journey and goals.

Ashleigh loves to practice what she preaches on living a healthy lifestyle which is maintainable. She teaches group fitness classes weekly and enjoys walking her fur baby Nala, a kelpie.

Ashleigh loves to practice what she preaches on living a healthy lifestyle, which is maintainable. Her foundation of practice is respecting the individual to achieve their best and provide support to achieve a safe environment and give education and skills to support change. Food can be scary and the time that it takes to create trust around a new food is individual. Ashleigh respects this journey and will provide support throughout this individual journey. Change and habits which last can never be forced but need to come from a position of trust. This is the environment Ashleigh strives to create, to help all clients achieve their best and their unique full potential.
Ashleigh is open to working with a wide range of clients, though she particularly enjoys supporting clients who have an eating disorder and restrictive eating. Ashleigh works with the whole family unit to provide a safe environment for successful change.
